In an age of social comparison and conformity, embracing authenticity empowers individuals to live genuinely, fostering trust and meaningful connection. While “being authentic” has tremendous value and benefits, it’s challenging (and perhaps becoming more challenging due to social and technological changes). Join in to explore:

• What does “authenticity” mean and why is it important?

• What gets in the way of authenticity, and how can we overcome those barriers?

• What are some risks of authenticity, and how can we mitigate those?
