In our third topic for the year we explore fueling our purpose. This year we seek to understand how to use emotions as our guides for challenging times and we continue our journey with Powered by Purpose; How to use emotions as fuel to put your heart into action.What grows our purpose and how does that shape our actions?
We are blessed to have a global community working towards 1 billion people practicing emotional intelligence. Gathering in community and practicing emotional intelligence supports us, this time in growing our self direction, another one of the foundational pillars of EQ. At the beginning of the year we focused on our self awareness, then moved into self management and we continue to build as we tie up the year with self direction, bringing all 3 pillars into alignment.
In this Café we will discover:
- How purpose strengthens our intentions and boosts our spirit
- What the role of emotions are in growing our purpose and guiding our actions
- What is needed to juggle the elements of life while maintaining a focus on your purpose
Who: Anyone interested in learning about and practicing emotional intelligence – the learnable, measurable, scientifically validated skillset we all need to thrive.
What: Interactive workshop
Cost: drink and snack to be paid by individuals at the cafe venue
Booking fee: 50,000 IDR (to be refunded) - Please note that due to requirement by the Cafe Venue, we need to make advance payment for the venue.
