Earn Certified EQ Master Coach status (MCC-Level to meet ICF’s MCC education & mentoring requirements. Then, when you choose to, pursue MCC status from ICF). EQ Master Coach Certification is for Professional Certified Coaches moving toward mastery. EQMC is accredited by ICF as a Level 3 program, suitable for MCC application or PCC renewal. 

 

Location: a lovely small resort in the hills in a quiet part of Bali

Accreditation: Approved by the International Coaching Federation for 80 hours of Level 3 Coach Training – sufficient for Master Certified Coach application, or for PCC renewal.

Prerequisite to attend and earn Level 3 hours for ICF: PCC certification (or equivalent) with at least 1,000 hours of coaching logged plus strong familiarity Six Seconds’ methods (either EQ Assessor or EQ Practitioner Certification -- if you don't have these, contact us and we will create a special package with you -- see Ask a Question in top-right). 

Additional requirements to ALSO earn EQ Master Coach status from Six Seconds: To earn Six Seconds "EQ Master Coach" status, participants must complete all aspects of this program including post-project by Dec 15, 2026, and must have demonstrated expertise in Six Seconds' methodology (such as conducting at least 100 debriefs of the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment). This is not a prerequisite for attending.

Schedule: Program begins 10am on Oct 14, ends at check-out at noon on Oct 20. Daily sessions run from 8a-6p (with 1-2 hours of daily independent time for reflection, reading, adventures, yoga, massage, sitting by the pool, practice or other activities of your choice).  

Investment of $4495 includes:

* 2 private and 6 group MCC mentor hours (value: $2,500)

* Prework: 15 hours reading, self-assessment, meeting

* In-person course: 40 hours training as well as course materials

* Postwork: 25 hours independent study and project work.

Does not include lodging or travel (see below), nor 2 additional MCC mentor hours which you will need to book with a qualified mentor (we can recommend).

 

 

Due Date: All pre, course, and post-work must be completed Dec 15, 2026 to earn EQMC status via this course.

Payment of $1000 deposit to register + $3495 balance will be invoiced in 4 payment installments (all due by Sept 15, 2026).

Lodging & transportation are not included; we will provide recommendations -- the exact venue will be confirmed 60 days ahead of event

 

 

Cancelation: Payment is refundable until July 15, 2026 (less 5% processing costs); 50% refundable from July 16-Aug 15. After Aug 15, 2026: nonrefundable unless someone is available to take your space.
