Course Description:

The EQ Performance Metrics course is a course that will certify you to plan, administer, and interpret our Vital Signs assessments, which measure the drivers and outcomes of performance, and will train you to integrate them into a larger plan/strategy to strengthen your team or organization. 

 

Emotional intelligence is key. It accounts for as much as 70% of the variation in employee engagement scores, and high emotional intelligence is a strong predictor of performance and profitability for companies all over the world. Our assessments are built on a foundation of emotional intelligence. Through the EQ Performance Metrics course, you will be able to help leaders, teams, and organizations understand the connection between EQ and performance.

 

The course consists of four live-online 2 hour sessions with the facilitator, plus eLearning. To earn certification, participants will attend all portions of the program plus complete practice assessments with clients.

 

The course is made up of 4 modules:

Module 1: EQ for Performance 

Module 2: Leadership Vital Signs 

Module 3: Team Vital Signs

Module 4: Organizational Vital Signs 

 

Upon completion of the course, you will learn how to leverage emotional intelligence to transform leaders, teams, and entire organizations. Increase your effectiveness as a consultant or business leader by applying Six Seconds’ tools and methods to analyze current performance, design solutions, and create engagement for transformation.


**Note: This course does not cover the fundamentals of consulting such as sales, contracting, client management, financial analytics, executive presence, presenting, facilitating, or other foundational consulting skills.
