EQPlus® Motivation Profile Certification

Get certified to use this custom emotional intelligence tool which measures how people intrinsically motivate themselves and how this directly affects their success in real time - and provides tips, deep insights, and a powerful framework for increasing success.

EQPlus® Motivation Profile is a deep and immediately actionable tool that can easily shed light on which Intrinsic Motivators are supporting a person’s success – and which are getting in their way. Using this information, you can make a powerful shift to be more successful and support others in upping their own success, as well as their team’s and organization’s performance.

The EQPlus Motivation Profile begins with a snapshot of the person’s Drive Style, Driving Forces and Ascending Drivers and then offers in-depth feedback on that person’s areas of strength and areas of opportunity within a framework of their Success Factors. More details here.

In the certification process you will:

• Learn about Intrinsic Motivation and the relationship between Intrinsic Motivation and performance
• Learn about the EQPlus® Driving Forces Model©
• Learn to interpret the EQPlus® Motivation Profile
• Learn when, why and how to use the EQPlus® Motivation Profile
• Gain resources to help you promote and use the EQPlus® Motivation Profile to benefit your clients and yourself

EQPlus® Motivation Profile Certification Requirements:

• Take the EQPlus® Motivation Profile Assessment yourself (instructions in next unit)
• Complete all the e-Certification modules.
• Interpret your own EQPlus® Motivation Profile.
• Debrief the EQPlus® Motivation Profile assessment with a prospect/client.
• Satisfactorily answer all the questions in the EQPlus® Motivation Profile Workbook.
• Submit the completed EQPlus® Motivation Profile Workbook as directed in the workbook.
• Attend at least 1 EQPlus® Accelerator webinar if it is available.
