Good Morning Emotions is a monthly conversation between friends exploring various emotional themes and situations. We will share personal stories and perspectives, address viewers comments and questions, talk about pop culture, and help you apply EQ into your everyday life.

Panelists:

Tom Procicchiani MBA, Design Engineer - Six Seconds. Tom leads the research and development at Six Seconds and manages the team responsible for the systems, platforms and the EQ assessments published by Six Seconds. Tom is the coauthor and designer of numerous custom assessment tools including the TSI, EQFIT, SEI LTC, and many more. He is also the co-author of major research studies including, State of the Heart, Workplace Vitality and other academic research publications. Tom is also a musician and founder of the Thomas Ross Band.

 

Hannah Bowers Singer-Songwriter, Director of Marketing and Promotions at The Producers Lab, co-Producer of the Wolf In Tune Podcast, and Program Coordinator at Six Seconds. Hannah is intensely passionate about music, mental health, and mindfulness. She writes, produces and performs her own genre-blending music as well as for other artists. Heavily influenced by the creativity of skateboarding and power of emotion, she intends for her transmedia collaborations to support young people confidently embrace their authenticity.

 

Breana Wofford Master educator, EQ informed leader, and mental health advocate, Breana is currently serving as an Assistant Principal in the West End Community of Atlanta, Georgia. In 2018 the Georgia Charter School Association honored her as the Teacher of the Year. Her passion for giving life to learning, teaching innovative and trauma-informed instruction, high achieving work, and merely bringing joy to the classroom every day will always be her first love. Breana believes the future is full of endless possibilities. Still, one thing to stay true, she will forever remain deeply grounded in her values of emotional well-being, collaboration, risks, excellence, and growth.
