Even before the pandemic, people were feeling stressed and disconnected. A 2020 Cigna study found 61% are lonely. What can we do to support ourselves and one another in this intensely challenging time?

One answer: To use our emotional intelligence skills to increase compassion.

Join this interactive “EQ Café” to explore the idea of compassion, and to practice emotional intelligence together. In this Café we will discover:

  • What “compassion” means
  • Why we might want to actively work to practice compassion
  • How we can use emotional intelligence to engage more compassion

What: Free interactive workshop. (We accept donation of AUD $5 for a hot drink or $10 for a meal, or donation of choice to support the vulnerable people living on the streets.)

Language: English

When: 3 December 2020, 8.30 a.m. - 10.00 a.m. (Australia - Adelaide time / UTC +9:30)

Address: 268 Pirie Street, Adelaide (https://www.instudio.cafe/in-cafe)
