Prerequisite: Unlocking EQ
The EQPM certification is blended self-directed learning program including 4 live-online workshops, eLearning and one-to-one sessions to debrief reports. To earn certification, participants will attend all portions of the program plus complete practice assessments (self, individual client, team client – credits for these practice assessments are included; participants will source their own practice clients).

Module 3: Team Vital Signs
Module 4: Organizational Vital Signs
Module 5: Completion
Participants who complete the EQPM certification are eligible to apply for the EQ Consultant Mentoring process to achieve the designation of Certified EQ Consultant. Please see the EQ Consultant brochure for details on this pathway.

This program is designed for professionals experienced at working in or with organizations as a leader and/or consultant.
In this training, you strengthen your insight and skill as you learn to use a powerful toolset. You will not learn everything about being a consultant. While these may come up in the process, we will not go into depth on sales, contracting, client management, financial analytics, executive presence, presenting, facilitating, or other foundational consulting skills. We will not teach you all you need to know to design and deliver organizational transformation – but we will work with you to build your expertise in understanding and using the robust solutions in the VS toolkit.
