This webinar is offered during and as part of the 2026 European Public Health Week (EUPHW 2026), and relates to the theme 'Mental health at the crossroads: investing across public health, primary health care and communities'.

About the facilitators - Ilaria Boffa and Lisa Allen

Ilaria Boffa serves as Social Impact Manager at Six Seconds Europe. She is an educator, community leader, climate advocate, viet tai chi teacher, artist and a mother of one crazy human being and an adorable Labrador. She supports and equips EQ communities, social organisations and educators to integrate Emotional Intelligence and SEL. Her noble goal is co-generating social impact through EI, art and climate action.
She is one of the co-authors of the latest release of Self Science (the Six Seconds SEL curriculum) and one of the co-designers of the Six Seconds EQ Educator pathway. 
She has been onboarding and supporting hundreds of EQ Network Leader volunteers over the last years. 

 

 

Lisa Allen is based in London, UK and has pioneered innovative coaching and training programmes that address burnout, disengagement and low confidence—empowering individuals and organisations to unlock peak performance through focusing on healthy habits, wellbeing and emotional mastery. Her work spans business, education, and personal development, with a focus on embedding emotional intelligence into everyday interactions, decision-making and problem-solving. Drawing on her background as a Certified Coach and Six Seconds Assessor, together with her lived experience as a business owner and mother of three, Lisa brings a blend of analytical precision and empathetic insight. Lisa’s mission is simple: to help youth and adults to feel more confident, less anxious, and more connected—to themselves and to others, in an evermore complex, fast-paced and technologically advanced world
