How do you make EQ practical for managers, individuals, and educators?

After your Brain Profiler Certification, join the EQ Insights Facilitator Certification to access active, engaging workshops you’ll be ready to deliver in-person or virtually. Your participants will increase self-awareness, build confidence, and learn practical ways to get better results leveraging their Brain Styles and Brain Talents.

EQ Insights are hands-on, ready-to-use workshops (8-hour programs can be a day or divided, online or face-to-face) – structured through personalized workbooks that blend course materials with the Brain Brief, Brain Talent, and Brain Discovery Profiles.

In this Train-the-Trainer (TTT), to get certified to use the whole Insights toolkit, you’ll complete in- depth eLearning on the program, and then attend one of the regularly-scheduled live-Zoom sessions to dive deeper. As a learning & development professional, you’ll be equipped with courseware (slides, facilitator’s guide, sample proposal, sample workbook) and your own personalized workbook.

 

The EQ Insights workshops are ready-to-use courses that work beautifully in either virtual or face-to-face training. You’ll have access to all three courses:

  • Insights for People Management (IPM)

  • Insights for Personal Development (IPD)

  • Insights for Great Teaching (IGT)
