UEQ – Unlocking EQ

Course Description:

Unlocking EQ is an introductory experience designed to help you better understand yourself, your emotions, and the patterns that shape your daily life. Through the Six Seconds Model of Emotional Intelligence, you will discover practical tools to increase self-awareness, navigate emotions more effectively, strengthen relationships, and support your overall wellbeing.

Before the course, you will be asked to take our EQ assessment to get the very simple Unlocking EQ Profile that wil guide our conversations around the wisdom of emotions.

Emotional Intelligence is not about controlling emotions - it’s about learning to use them as valuable information. When we develop these skills, we are better equipped to handle challenges, connect with others, make intentional decisions, and create positive change in our lives.

🌱 As part of our EQ Activation Month for Wellbeing, registrations completed by July 31st will be granted the special fee of 99€ + VAT
