Course Description:

Unlocking EQ is an introductory course that explores what emotional intelligence is, why it’s important, and how to improve your life by practicing key emotional intelligence skills. Learn the Six Seconds Model of Emotional Intelligence and use TFA Cards to examine your thoughts, feelings, and actions in new ways. Receive your Unlocking EQ Profile and learn how to interpret your report in class.

 

Emotional intelligence is the ability to use emotions effectively, and it’s the foundation of healthy relationships, good decision making, and physical and mental wellbeing. In Unlocking EQ, you will learn techniques to leverage emotions as valuable resources that clarify what matters and energize you to achieve your goals.

The course consists of two live-online classes with expert faculty, plus eLearning. 

 

Upon completion of the course, you will feel empowered to start practicing emotional intelligence and have actionable goals to work toward in your emotional life.
