Welcome to APAC Connect and Learn for August 2026, a practical and interactive session exploring what becomes possible when we loosen our need to know and become more open to what we may not yet see.

We often feel pressure to have the answer, form an opinion or reach a conclusion quickly. Yet when we become too certain, we may stop listening, overlook different perspectives and allow assumptions to shape the way we interpret people and situations.

Through reflection, discussion and shared learning, we will explore how making space for not knowing can help us question our first conclusions, notice what we may be missing and open up new possibilities.

Together, we will consider how greater openness can support better conversations, more thoughtful decisions and a deeper willingness to learn from one another.

Come prepared to reflect, connect and learn from the collective wisdom of the community.

Connect and Learn are FREE monthly interactive workshops on various topics organized on the first Thursday each month for all current and new members in our network to meet and practice EQ with each other.

At Six Seconds we believe “wisdom lives within”. Unlike some workshops where the “trainer” explains and participants listen, here we’re going to all learn and teach together. Please note the following agreements as you join our event:

• Be on time to get the most out of the session
• Turn on your camera to be fully present and engaged
• Listen to what other people say with their words and their feelings.
• Value all emotions experienced  
• Respect the person sharing their ideas even when in disagreement
• Share talking time with others by keeping comments simple, brief, and focused on the topic presented
