What You Will Achieve

The EQ Performance Metrics and EQ Practitioner certifications equip you to assess, design, and deliver a blueprint that enhances individual and organizational performance.

Diagnose & Measure: Use Six Seconds’ assessments to bring clarity to clients and measure what matters most.
Execute Change: Apply the Six Seconds’ Change Map as a framework to build buy-in and execute successful change processes.
Create a Blueprint: Implement change plans anchored to metrics for a clear return on investment.

Course Schedule

Pre-Session (Virtual): Orientation and personal assessment experience (SEI + Leadership Vital Signs).
Days 1–3 (EQ Practitioner): Master the core EQ framework and build the skills to guide others in developing emotional intelligence.
Day 4 – Mid-Day 5 (EQ Performance Metrics): Focus on performance metrics, using data to assess organizational climate and leadership effectiveness.
Final Half-Day (Integration): A dedicated workshop to design a customized implementation plan for your specific organization or client work.
Post-Session (Virtual): Debrief the week and prepare final projects for certification completion.
