Welcome to APAC Connect & Learn for December 2026, a practical and interactive session creating space to pause, reflect and discover what may need to stay, shift or begin as we move from 2026 into 2027.

As one year draws to a close and another begins, it can be tempting to move quickly into new goals and plans. Yet before deciding what comes next, there is value in exploring what our experiences and emotions may already be telling us.

Our emotions can offer important information. They can help us notice what gives us energy, what feels out of alignment, what may no longer be serving us and where something new may be ready to emerge.

Through individual reflection, discussion and shared learning, we will explore the patterns, choices and experiences that have shaped us during 2026.

Together, we will create space to reflect, learn from one another and use the insight in our emotions to support each of us in choosing what to start, stop and continue as we move into 2027 with greater intention.

Connect and Learn are FREE monthly interactive workshops on various topics organized on the first Thursday each month for all current and new members in our network to meet and practice EQ with each other.

At Six Seconds we believe “wisdom lives within”. Unlike some workshops where the “trainer” explains and participants listen, here we’re going to all learn and teach together. Please note the following agreements as you join our event:

• Listen to what other people say with their words and their feelings.
• Value all emotions experienced  
• Respect the person sharing their ideas even when in disagreement
• Share talking time with others by keeping comments simple, brief, and focused on the topic presented
