What if love is not the opposite of conflict, but a possible doorway through it?

Many of us have learned to handle conflict by managing, fixing, or avoiding it. Yet, those strategies can keep us on the surface. When tension rises and disconnection feels easier than engagement, we often default to strategy, logic, or withdrawal, missing the ways conflict can actually clarify what matters, teach us, and even become a potential ally (instead of asset?).  

This session explores a different possibility: love as a conscious, courageous practice that grounds us, and conflict as the light that illuminates what we most need to see.  Love guides. Conflict clarifies. Together, they can become unexpected allies on the path to deeper understanding. 

Through shared experiences, reflection, and dialogue, we will explore what gets in the way and how to work skillfully with both heart and tension, so that you leave with practical insights to support more meaningful conversations with clients, teams, and within yourself.

Who should come?

Connect & Learn is the monthly meetup for grads of Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Certification Trainings. These sessions are held online around the world, and members of the EQ network are invited to any and all.
