EQ Coach Certification: CCI

Course Dates: Aug 3, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, & 24 (Mondays & Thursdays)

Coaching is a powerful process to support people to create positive change – which takes thoughts, feelings, and actions working together. Six Seconds’ EQ Coach Certification is an in-depth, ICF accredited coaching program that equips you with the skills and resources you need to be an effective coach. You’ll learn how to be a coach, and how to deliver coaching – through intensive training with deeply experienced faculty, a worldwide community, and a complete system of tools for measurement and growth. Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate that shows you have completed a level 2 program, which contributes to the PCC application with the ICF. You will also receive the Certified EQ Coach credential with Six Seconds, and be ready to start your coaching career and help clients achieve extraordinary results.

We’ve identified the essential ingredients coaches need to truly launch a thriving practice. While many programs simply introduce coaching skills, EQCC goes further — preparing and supporting you to become an effective coach with coaching practices observed by skilled EQCC graduates & ICF Certified members. Beyond teaching the basics, EQCC equips you with a robust toolset to confidently build your practice and create lasting impact with clients.

Coach Certification Integrations (CCI)---
ICF 45 hours, for Level 1 or 2

Build your capacity to conduct an effective 1-1 coaching session by applying the ICF competencies and emotional intelligence. Apply the ICF competencies with EQ power-tools to conduct highly effective coaching sessions. CCI consists of 7 virtual online sessions + eLearning (14 hours) + practice & independent work.

 

The prerequisite is the EQ Practitioner Certification , EQ Assessor Certification , CCF (Coach Cert Foundations).

After completing CCI (Coach Cert Integrations), you can continue on the ICF Level 2 pathway, which leads to...
>  CCS (Coach Cert Solutions) & complete EQ Coach Certification.

 

After completing the EQ Coach Certification, you will be prepared to develop an effective practice as a business or personal coach with expertise in the ICF Competencies, powerful EQ tools, and a structure to make coaching into a transformational process. One key differentiator of this program is the deep integration of emotional intelligence as a toolset for your clients, and even more, for the development of self as a coach, so you are more aware, present, and purposeful in this work.

 

EQCC is built with three strands woven throughout:

• Self-as-Coach: Develop your EQ skills and coaching presence.
• Structured Transformational Coaching: Learn a framework to fuel positive change.
• Coaching Process, Tools and Techniques: Develop expertise in the ICF Competencies and EQ resources.

In total, the EQ Coach Certification includes over 200 instructional hours via twelve days of hands-on training filled with laughter and learning, plus in-depth eLearning and virtual online training.

Please note: Certifications include a renewal system to ensure your skills stay current. Renewal is simple: whether you hold one certification or several, the requirement is to earn 12 ACE-accredited continuing education hours per year. Renewal Activities can range from joining free webinars (1–2 ACE) to completing another course (automatically extends 1 year).
