Fall 2026 pilot cohort will take place in Sioux City, Iowa.
Dates: September 16, 30 and October 21
Lead with Alignment: A Women's Leadership Cohort is a Six Seconds emotional intelligence leadership experience for women who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Using Six Seconds' practical EQ framework, participants will explore how emotional intelligence shapes leadership presence, decision-making, communication, relationships, and performance under pressure. Through peer learning, guided reflection, and practical application, participants will leave with tools they can immediately use in their leadership roles.
The cohort is facilitated by Blossom Beatty and Susie Lubbers, Ph.D., combining extensive experience in leadership development, emotional intelligence, coaching, and higher education to create a practical and engaging learning experience.
The cohort combines virtual learning with an immersive in-person experience, giving participants time to build relationships, apply new skills, and continue learning together.
This cohort is designed for women in leadership or emerging leadership roles, including managers, directors, team leads, business owners, nonprofit leaders, educators, and women preparing for greater leadership responsibility.
It is especially relevant for women who want to strengthen their leadership presence, make better decisions under pressure, communicate with greater clarity, and build stronger workplace relationships.
