Course Description:

EQ Performance Metrics is a learning journey designed to equip you with the tools to diagnose, design, and implement solutions that enhance individual, team, and organizational performance through Emotional Intelligence.

 

This program enables you to apply the Vital Signs Model to collect clear, meaningful data on the five key performance drivers, supported by a comprehensive set of reports to measure and develop these capabilities. By the end of the course, you will know how to leverage Emotional Intelligence to drive transformation in leaders, teams, and entire organizations. 

 

You will strengthen your effectiveness as a consultant or organizational leader by using Six Seconds' tools and methodologies to access current performance, design targeted solutions, and build engagement for change.
